Our shack has been designed to be assembled quickly and safely onsite, without compromising on detail or presentation. The frontage aims to be visually striking and inviting to customers, drawing them to the open plan kitchen which means they can see their food cooking as they order.

Our equipment is routinely inspected and certified to ensure we trade in a safe and responsible way. This includes having up-to-date gas and electrical PAT certificates for all appliances, as well as complete risk assessments for food handling and equipment. We also have a full fire safety policy, with fire retardant marquees, fire blankets and extinguishers.

Alongside our 5 star Food Hygiene rating from Hastings Borough Council, all staff that work in the shack hold a Level 2 Food Handling certificate, with managers being trained to Level 3. We recognize the importance of safe food handling especially with regard to allergens, and we always have a complete allergen guide on display for customers to refer to when ordering.
