Teriyaki Shack was born in early 2016, and quickly established itself at festivals across the UK, including at events such as Love Saves The Day and Parklife. In 2017 and 2018 we traded at Glastonbury, Victorious & Boomtown among others, and are looking forward to a busy summer in 2019.

We specialize in serving up perfectly cooked chicken balls and fluffy white rice, every time. With our choice of sauces, including sweet & sour, teriyaki, hoi-sin & garlic, sweet chilli, and Chinese curry sauce, our customers can tailor their meal to suit their tastes, topped off with a garnish of chopped spring onions and sesame seeds.

Our food is affordable, and our menu is kept simple to allow us to deliver an excellent product, time after time. Combined with the fact that we can serve at high speed and volume, this means our food is always fresh, piping hot and perfectly cooked.

We source our ingredients and products locally whenever possible, and only ever serve our food in biodegradable and compostable packaging. We do all we can to minimise our impact on the environment, recycle wherever possible, and always leave our pitch at an event or festival as clean as when we first arrived. We were awarded a 5 star rating (Very Good) for Food Hygiene from the Food Standards Agency in May 2016 and again in July 2018.
